1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the yyphp online casino and sports betting platform, including the website at yyphp.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, promotions, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by yyphp ("yyphp", "we", "us", or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator authorised to offer online casino and sports betting services to eligible players in the Philippines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", or "your") and yyphp. By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms published on the Platform.

yyphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with yyphp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of the Platform is lawful.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person employed by yyphp or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from yyphp or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform, or, if you have, your self-exclusion period has formally expired.
• You are not registered on any PAGCOR exclusion list or any other gambling exclusion register applicable under Philippine law.

yyphp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification confirming age and identity. Accounts found to be in breach of any eligibility requirement will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the yyphp Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identity documents, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. yyphp relies on the information you provide to comply with its KYC, AML, and PAGCOR reporting obligations. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your yyphp username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person — including minors — accesses the Platform via your account or device.

yyphp will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact yyphp support immediately. yyphp accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to adequately secure account credentials.

4 Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods

yyphp accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. yyphp reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party account and to suspend the player's account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your yyphp wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. yyphp is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network interruptions, or scheduled maintenance windows of e-wallet or banking services.

5 Withdrawals, KYC & AML Compliance

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file with yyphp. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before processing any withdrawal, yyphp is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations to verify your identity. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requires submission of:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Driver's Licence, UMID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered mobile number and name).
• Additional documentation such as proof of address or source-of-funds declaration may be requested for accounts with high transaction volumes or those flagged during AML screening.

yyphp processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out in the Platform's cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your KYC documentation. yyphp is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete documentation, third-party payment processing times, or banking cut-off schedules.

yyphp reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Such cases will be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

yyphp offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all yyphp bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a bonus has been fully wagered through in accordance with its terms.
• yyphp reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited will continue to be subject to the terms that applied at the time of the original credit.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, automated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or exploitation of errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Participation in promotions is subject to the 21+ age requirement and all other eligibility conditions set out in Section 2. yyphp's determination of bonus eligibility and wagering compliance is final and binding.

7 Gameplay, Wagering & Game Rules

yyphp offers a range of gaming products including, but not limited to, online slot machines, live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), online sabong, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant product section of the Platform.

All games offered on the yyphp Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming technology where applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of yyphp's operational systems and cannot be influenced by yyphp staff, player behaviour, or third parties.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on yyphp's servers, the server-side result shall prevail. yyphp's technical records are the definitive and authoritative record of all game outcomes and transactions.

yyphp reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, pricing error, or manifest mistake. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet. No additional compensation will be payable in connection with a voided bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yyphp Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing yyphp staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to obtain winnings that would not have been generated under normal operation.

9 Responsible Gaming

yyphp is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Filipino players and complies with all PAGCOR responsible gaming obligations. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

yyphp provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the yyphp Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the yyphp Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game content, text, audio, video, data compilations, and databases, is the intellectual property of yyphp or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of yyphp.

Any unauthorised use of yyphp's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yyphp, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game results, account balances, or promotional terms.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures.
• Events beyond yyphp's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits yyphp's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, yyphp's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments, Suspension & Termination

yyphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, yyphp will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable notice via email or on-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

yyphp may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• yyphp is required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or applicable law.
• yyphp reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your account.
• yyphp decides to cease operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination for cause, yyphp reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities. Upon termination not for cause, any verified balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your yyphp account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not relieve you of any obligations arising from activity conducted prior to closure.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

yyphp operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint or dispute that cannot be resolved through yyphp's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.

Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through alternative dispute resolution or PAGCOR mediation.

yyphp is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly. Upon receipt of a formal complaint, yyphp will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction internally, you retain the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
